NorthPointe Resources, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit provider of developmental disability and behavioral health services. Founded in 1953 by a group of concerned parents with a desire for quality programming, NorthPointe has continued to grow this vision through our belief in the power of people and community. Today, NorthPointe offers one of the most extensive systems of support and service delivery in the greater Lake County area. Annually, we support more than 400 individuals through our employment, training and residential programs. We have a comprehensive array of service options designed to ensure our program participants achieve their highest level of independence. Our programs are innovative and dynamic, with a foundation that stresses active community participation through employment, training, residence, and advocacy.
