Home Based Services

The mission of our Home Based Services program is to provide a full array of quality, outcome-based, person- and community-centered services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Because our program is focused on the individual, they are able to select from a variety of services and can change or add any services as they desire. Our program staff are also dedicated to finding any additional services requested.
