The 13th Annual NorthPointe Resources Classic Golf Open was an incredible event! Golfers from all over the Chicago land area came out to enjoy the day at the newly renovated Glen Flora Country Club in Waukegan. Our guests were treated to a delicious lunch, a fun round of scramble style golf, and to the ever popular mouth watering dinner, prizes, raffles and a phenomenal silent auction.
NorthPointe Resources is deeply grateful to Doug Cygan, Honorary Board Member and Susan Thomas, Honorary Chairperson, for helping build 12 years of overwhelming support and attendance at this event. We are eternally grateful for all that they have done for NorthPointe. This year’s golf outing was in many ways a kickoff as we move forward building a new audience base.
Many heartfelt thanks go out to Walgreens Co., Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Eternabond for their generous sponsorships. In addition, we want to thank all of our generous friends: First Nonprofit Insurance Co., City of Waukegan, A.L. And as always, we appreciate all those that supported the event through their volunteer hours and those that donated our fabulous silent auction and raffle prizes. A special thanks goes out to Bob and Anne Johnson, our silent auction chairpersons, for their many hours of untiring work.
In conclusion, we would like to thank all of our staff for their heartfelt work and dedication on behalf of the individuals we serve. Proceeds from this event will support NorthPointe’s capital improvement projects for the residential homes and the Killian Center.
