Description:	REPORTS TO: Outsource Manager HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:00pm Job Summary: Provides vocational training for adults with disabilities and assures quality production goals are met. Essential Job Functions: - Assists in organizing and setting up production floor work stations - Performs contract and subcontract work as assigned, meeting required piece-rate quotas - Implements job adaptation techniques. - Participates in team meetings as appropriate. Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age - Must pass a criminal background check - Experience in production work and quality assurance - Must have strong hands, good finger dexterity, good hand-eye coordination - Must be detail-oriented & has a solid work ethic - Experience working with people who have developmental disabilities or mental illness preferred
